For those who remember the old times and want to experience nostalgia, Photoshop has recreated its 1.0 version for the iPhone. You can find a newer version of the popular program in the App store. But isn’t it cooler to be the owner of a retro Photoshop 1.0? What do you think?

Celebrating Photoshop’s 20th anniversary, Adobe has released a limited number of its retro program. You can’t download it in the iTunes store. This iPhone app is simply unavailable there. It is said that Adobe spent about 2 weeks on recreating its Photoshop 1.0 version. Actually this app is more like a promo for the celebration and not a public program for all iPhone users.
You can find this free application online. It doesn’t have as many features as its newer “sister”. It lets you play with RGB channel, tweak white and black points and gamma in any of your iPhone images. You can find old UI elements that were used in Classic Mac operating system if you install Photoshop 1.0 on your iPhone.
Photoshop 1.0 was released in 1990. You can travel back in time with the Photoshop 1.0 iPhone app. Find out what the program looked like 20 year ago and compare the original Photohut icon to the one used nowadays. Ready to jump in a time machine? Let’s drive!
