iPhone Jailbreak is Legal in the USA from Now On
iPhone jailbreak has become a legal process in the USA. The U.S. government has finally decided to make it officially allowed. From now on iPhone jailbreak will not violate any copyright law.
If your device is jailbroken, you probably know that jailbreaking the iPhone was never illegal. But Apple didn’t allow it on its devices, because the company wanted to control users’ apps and games, and also to lock iPhone owners on one official carrier.
If you live in the USA, you can now legally jailbreak the iPhone and install any third party games and applications that are not approved by Apple.
You can read the Statement of the Librarian of Congress Relating to Section 1201 Rulemaking following this link.
Even though iPhone jailbreak is now legal, it still voids your warranty.
